We are currently searching for an Associate Revenue Growth Manager, located in our Corporate location in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Under direct supervision, accountable for the review, modeling, and analytics for pricing, promotion, and other competitive elements that support and inform company business objectives for the Company’s product categories. Collaborate with other Company teams and stakeholders to deliver on projects, build cross-functional capabilities, and create value.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the Company’s pricing and promotion analytics to achieve the commercial objectives of product categories.
Collaborate with key stakeholders within the organization through reporting and data sharing, and by providing fact-based insights.
Support and lead projects that create revenue growth and optimization opportunities across brands, categories, and channels
Develop a deep understanding of our external and internal environments and use that knowledge to produce high-quality analytics that often involves large, complex, and/or incomplete data sets
Support business projects by conducting various ad-hoc analyses relating to key aspects of the business and work with management to translate them into actionable insights
Participate in key team and business initiatives
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related field of study
0+ years related work experience
Knowledge of:
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
Skilled in:
- Verbal and written communication

- Multitasking capabilities
- Flexibility and adaptability
Ability to:
- Communicate to a broad and diverse audience

Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
- Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (R, PowerBI, etc.)
