ITG Brands carries at its core, the mindset that, in order to succeed, a company must treat its people well and give them the tools they need to win.  We are currently searching for an Associate Revenue Growth Manage located in our Intelligence & Insights department, headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina. ITG Brands is currently supporting an in-office/remote workplace hybrid model for this opportunity.

Under direct supervision, this role is accountable for the review, modeling, and analytics for pricing, promotion, and other competitive elements that support and inform company business objectives and impact brand performance in Cigarette, Cigar, and Vapor categories. Collaborate with other Company teams and stakeholders to deliver on projects, build cross-functional capabilities, and create value.



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Company’s pricing and promotion analytics to achieve the commercial objectives of product categories.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within the organization through reporting and data sharing, and by providing fact-based insights.
  • Support and lead projects that create revenue growth and optimization opportunities across brands, categories, and channels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our external and internal environments and use that knowledge to produce high-quality analytics that often involve large, complex, and/or incomplete data sets.
  • Support business projects by conducting various ad-hoc analyses relating to key aspects of the business and work with management to translate them into actionable insights.
  • Participate in key team and business initiatives, such as, but not limited to global reporting, managing the promotion tracking and allocation process, conjoint analyses, business plan documents, and strategies.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related field of study
  • 1+ years related work experience

Knowledge of:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
  • Proficient with database management

Preferred Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (R, PowerBI, etc.)
