ITG Brands carries at its core, the mindset that, in order to succeed, a company must treat its people well and give them the tools they need to win.  We are currently searching for an Office Administrator for our Allen, Texas ITG Brands' Field Sales Office.

 

In this highly visible role, the Office Administrator will provide administrative support to the Area Vice President (AVP) and Field Sales management team, while independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative support duties.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides a wide range of support across functional areas to ensure that day to day activities run smoothly. Keeps the team proactively informed and prepared for upcoming commitments and deliverables.
  • Responsible for the Field Sales Office management including, but not limited to, the organization and management of office operations and procedures and facilities management; manages office purchasing and inventory control and maintains inventory and office supplies.
  • Performs administrative duties, to include but are not limited to:
    • Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, taking notes at meetings, and completing expense reports, etc.
    • Calendar scheduling management
    • Processing incoming/outgoing mail
  • Prepares and maintains various office reports to include creating spreadsheets, presentations and status reports ensuring quality and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Works to identify more efficient work techniques and suggests changes that can improve processes and procedures.
  • Maintains relationships with service providers.
  • Coordinates a variety of projects concurrently.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3+ years related work experience to include, but is not limited to, working as an office administrator, office manager, front office manager, or executive assistant.

Knowledge of:

  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, printers

Preferred Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or related field of study

 

Work Environment and Physical Demand:

  • Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.).
  • Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
  • Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment.
