ITG Brands carries at its core, the mindset that, in order to succeed, a company must treat its people well and give them the tools they need to win.  We are currently searching for an Office Administrator for our Dallas, TX ITG Brands Field Sales Office.


In this highly visible role, the Office Administrator will support the Area Vice President, Field Sales, and team in their daily operations and functions.  The Office Administrator will need to be an excellent organizer and multitasker with excellent attention to detail, as this support individual will work closely with senior managers of the Area Vice President's team and will assist with human resources functions, technology, operations, and additional administrative tasks.  



  • Support the Area, Vice President, and team in all functional areas with administrative support as well as complete management of the ITG Brands Field Sales Office.  
  • Organize and manage office operations and procedures. 
  • Generate correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentation materials and review all documents for quality. 
  • Calendar management and execute expense reimbursement reporting.  
  • Ability to coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously – strong organization, time management skills. 
  • Maintain inventory and office supplies. 
  • Manage office purchasing, inventory control, and maintain relationships with service providers. 



Our ideal candidate will be someone great at what they do – smart, skilled, and, most of all, possesses superior MS Office experience with advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. We are looking for someone who will play an essential role in the daily operations of a fast-paced sales environment that is willing to roll up their sleeves and dive in!


Job Requirements


  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Executive Assistant. 
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures. 
  • 3-5 years of work experience with high people interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly proficient with desktop applications (i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. 
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills. 
  • Proficient with standard office equipment (photocopiers, printers, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 
  • High School diploma or BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.

  • Base salary of $46,000 - $58,000
