ITG Brands carries at its core, the mindset that, in order to succeed, a company must treat its people well and give them the tools they need to win.  We are currently searching for a Revenue Growth Manager, located in our Corporate location in Greensboro, North Carolina.


In this role you will be accountable for the development and implementation of strategies for pricing, promotion and other competitive elements that support and inform company business objectives for the Cigarette, Cigar, and Vapor categories. You will deliver high-quality analytics, actionable insights, and data-based recommendations to help ITG Brands achieve its growth targets. You will advance the Revenue Growth Management agenda and approach, including implementing new tools, methodologies, and business processes. You will collaborate with other ITG Brands teams and stakeholders to deliver projects, build cross-functional capabilities, and create value.



  • Drive ITG Brands’ pricing and promotion analytics to support and achieve the commercial objectives of Cigarette, Cigar, and Vapor businesses
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in Insights & Intelligence, Brand, and Sales teams to sell-in, align on and execute value-creating pricing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations to the Director of RGM and key stakeholders.
  • Identify growth and optimization opportunities across brands, categories, and channels by developing a deep understanding of our external and internal environments and combining that knowledge with high-quality analytics.
  • Support Brand, Sales, and I&I leadership by conducting various ad-hoc analyses relating to key aspects of the business and translate them into actionable insights. These analyses often involve large, complex, and/or incomplete data sets. Topics include market dynamics, hypothetical or actual competitor actions, regulatory changes, etc.
  • Assist RGM team, RGM Director, and SVP of I&I with key team initiatives, such as the development of conjoint analyses, business plan documents, and strategies, global Imperial reporting, etc.
  • Provide analytical support for the development of trade investment strategies and contracts for the ITG portfolio of brands, including uncovering insights on competitive trade strategies.
  • Lead workstreams and cross-functional teams to deliver special projects and improve company processes. We are still building our RGM capabilities and you will be an important part of the building process.


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, or similar field
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint



  • Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Analytics
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools R and PowerBI
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience
